Ecosystem Regeneration Associates (ERA) is a women-led company developing carbon, biodiversity and women's-empowerment credit projects in Brazil. Its biodiversity protocol, published on Regen Network's registry, has a landholder choose an umbrella species for the property, show that the species is present using camera traps, footprints, bioacoustics, eDNA or similar methods, and carry out interventions meant to improve outcomes for that species and the ecosystem it stands for. Evidence, interventions and local disturbances are recorded in monitoring reports.

ERA's first project under it is jaguar stewardship in the Pantanal, on 50,000 hectares managed by Instituto Homem Pantaneiro, which ERA describes as the first biodiversity credit project in Brazil. Sloth protection in the Mata Atlântica and parakeet protection in the Amazon are listed as further projects without detail.

The price of a credit is set by the cost of conservation, the annual cost of the interventions adopted, which must be reported transparently. Monitoring reports are verified by an external auditor. The methodology does not apply to aquatic ecosystems.

Status: published. Version 1 appeared in March 2024; the current version 2.2 is dated 1 August 2025. ERA's site reports more than 75,000 biodiversity credits issued across its projects.
